Bulletin for April 23rd, 2016

Welcome to Community Church! On this first Sunday after Easter, we are beginning a series of messages entitled: Building Blocks Of Our Faith where we reflect on how we grow in our relationship with God through our faith in Jesus. Pastor Dave will introduce the topic this morning and will go deeper in our study of it this evening. May God bless our worship times today.

Pastor Ezra Lee will be out of the church office from Monday, April 24 thru Sunday, April 30 for vacation. If you have a need that arises during that time please contact Pastor Dave one of the church elders.

– Our Christian sympathy is extended to Derrick P. and Jamie H. at the passing of Derrick’s mother this week. Let’s lift them in prayer as they mourn her passing.
– Let’s remember Kathy D. and her family in prayer as her condition continues to weaken in Hospice Care. May God bless them with His comfort and peace during this time.

Thank You to everyone who remembered SANDI, PASTOR DAVE AND THEIR FAMILY with the passing away of Sandi’s step-dad last week. Your words of condolences, cards and prayers were all very much appreciated!!!

Directory Update: Derrick P. and Jamie H. have a new address. Please make note of this change in your directory.

Please pray for the persecuted: Access to God’s Word is difficult in many areas of the world. However, God has His people working diligently to satisfy that desire. Bibles have been smuggled into Iran for many years, but the oppressive regime has made this more difficult. As a result, new techniques are being developed to spread the Word without oppression. To make it more difficult for authorities to detect
