Bulletin for December 10th, 2017

Welcome To Community Church! Today is the third Sunday in our study of The Christmas Gift Of Faith and Pastor Dave will help us look at having an Enduring Faith. Thank you to everyone participating in today’s worship service.

We will also celebrate communion together. Anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their Savior and is committed to live a life for Him is invited to participate in communion today. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to reflect on whether their children understand what communion is about before allowing them to participate.

This Evening Pastor Dave will be taking us deeper in our study of this Enduring Faith.

Large Thank You Cards are available on the table in the lobby for the church family to sign as an expression of our gratefulness to some that God led to help us with our parking lot. The first is to the businessman who donated the property on Wilbur; the second is for Jim VanDam who donated his services during the house purchasing process; and the third is for Rick Postema Architecture for donating their architectural services.

Building Community For Today: Parking Lot Update. We give thanks to God for His blessing upon the closing this past week of the Wilbur Street property of which is now in the church’s possession. If you missed the announcement last week, we are extremely blessed that the owner decided to donate the property to the church which is a huge boost for us! The Planning Committee is looking at the next steps for us. Pray for God’s blessings upon our planning and the fundraising letters that have been sent out.

Pray For The Persecuted: In Muslim-dominated Pakistan, Christians go to great lengths to get God’s Word into hands and hearts of young members of the persecuted so that they can continue to grow in faith. Christian workers realize young believers are the future of the church in Pakistan.
