Bulletin for July 9th, 2017

Welcome to Community Church! Pastor Ezra will be leading us in worship today while Pastor Dave is in New York State for his nephew’s wedding. This morning, we begin a new series of messages for July based on the book of Jonah: Proclaim. This sermon series will shake you up and shape you up to be a witness of the Gospel by understanding the broken heart of God for the lost.

◈ This morning, we will also be previewing our Vacation Bible School theme: Cave Quest which begins tomorrow evening at 6:30 PM.
◈ This evening Pastor Ezra will be going deeper into our study of Jonah with a Focus on Outreach. May God Bless our time of worship today!

Sign a card: As shared last week, Matthew P. has accepted a call to West Leonard CRC and will be ordained next Sunday, July 16. This morning we have an opportunity to sign a card for Matthew and Tracy to thank them for their service here at Community Church and express our joy & support of their ministry at their new church home. Please pray for the persecuted: Many Nigerians have chosen to stay in their country at great risk for the sake of the gospel. Pastor Dogo is ministering in northern Nigeria. His church has been decimated by repeated attacks and has almost no members. But he keeps serving. He knows the risk and he stays there. Pray for his continual protection by the Lord he serves and other Nigerian Christians.
