Bulletin for July 30th, 2017

Welcome to Community Church! Today we continue our series on Jonah: Proclaim as Pastor Ezra helps us look at Jonah 4, focusing on God’s broken heart for the lost people in Nineveh. May the Holy Spirit help us to have God’s broken heart for the lost and a desire to go and proclaim the good news of salvation. We welcome and give thanks for the Cascade Fellowship Praise Team as they lead us in worship. May God bless our time of worship together!

Tonight: Pastor Ezra will be leading a study at this evening’s service of Going Deeper! Plan to come and go deeper into God’s Word and its relevance in our lives today!

Adult Bible Study Following This Morning’s Service: Arnie S. leads a class called “Basic Concepts in Christian Growth.” This class for adults and teens will meet in the Godwin Room from 11:15 AM to noon each Sunday throughout the summer.

Directory Update: The church office is once again updating the church directory which consists of names, contact info, birthdays and anniversaries of those who actively attend worship services and ministry meetings. OOPS! A mistake may have been made during the updating process…so, the church office encourages everyone to review their family’s information.
If there is a mistake or update: Directory Change forms are available. If needed, please fill out a form & leave it with the directory proof or in the Administrative Assistant’s mailbox located in the Copy Room. Please speak with Dawn VanOost if you have questions.

Please Pray For The Persecuted: North Korea is a highly restricted country in regard to the spread of Christianity. Bibles & literature are smuggled into the country and and shared with North Koreans on a daily basis, but details cannot be shared for security reasons. When you read this and when you pray, you are PARTNERS in reaching North Korea for Christ. Pray especially for protective care over God’s work in North Korea.
